When preparing an agreement, Daloc may request a credit check in order to make an assessment of your credit status.
When does Daloc AB have the right to process your personal data?
Daloc may only process your personal data if it has a legal basis to do so under the applicable data protection legislation. Daloc cannot delete certain items of personal data in cases where there is a legal requirement for storage, such as financial accounting rules, or where there are other legitimate reasons for storing the data.
